Leading with Grace & Resilience Retreat

The virtues are not a prescriptive way of acting, in order to become a virtuous person, but a way of being in the world that is deeply sourced from your connection to soul, your true and authentic self.  Whether leading your life or an organisation when you are living life from an innate knowing as to why you are here at this time, with clarity on the purpose you are here to serve, then fulfilment and satisfaction prevail.  Soulful leadership arises from a deep connection with oneself and others. It involves leading from a place of inner wisdom, guided by intuition, listening to the heart and staying true to one’s personal integrity.

The 12 Virtues bring alive the qualities that great philosophers, sages and spiritual teachers have spoken of, that enable us to be the best version of ourselves.  This work has been developed by Karen Downes into a modern-day interpretation of a very old philosophy and teaching, making the work accessible and practical for our daily lives and leadership.  It is intended to take us out of the dark into the light, transform our human tendencies toward the negative, and strengthen us for the journey ahead.
