Kerry is a Charted Business Psychologist, she has been dedicated to supporting organisations to create the conditions in which people can flourish for over twenty years. Her works spans international research, facilitation, key note speaking, training and executive coaching. Her clients include Dropbox, Bristol Myers Squibb, The Royal College of Surgeons, AIB Bank, Deloitte and Virgin Atlantic.
Kerry would say her work is about mastering the art of encouragement. She is at her happiest when she sees people connect to what really matters to them and stretch into new possibilities. Clients say she is warm, non-judgemental and insightful. She is passionate about stretching into her own new possibilities; she has overcome a fear of putting her face in the water to go on to complete 5-kilometre sea swims. She loves to learn, and she stays close to thought leaders in the area of personal and organisational transformation, she is a qualified somatic coach, yoga teacher, Time to Think Practitioner and she is currently studying Neuroscience and Celtic wisdom.
Being part of the Flourish Initiative has inspired Kerry, over the last number of years she has redesigned her own work from being overextended to creating a working rhythm with more ease. She now balances her client work with time to cycle, sea swim, practice yoga and reflect in nature. She is a strong advocate for the need for us to redesign the way we are working to better serve us, she sees so many very talented people who are burning out like she was.
She was brought up in Manchester in a big Irish family and she now lives in Dublin with her husband, three sons and new puppy Rosie.
